The health and safety of all employees, contractors and others associated with Orogen
are considered to be of the utmost importance. As a responsible member of the community, Orogen
will comply with all relevant occupational health and safety legislation, Australian Standards and industry
codes of practice. |

Orogen is committed to continually improving the quality and cost effectiveness of services provided. This Quality Management System (QMS) which complies with international standard ISO 9001-2000 has been developed to ensure this commitment is met.
The QMS is designed to ensure that agreed client requirements are consistently satisfied through effective project management, consistent approaches to work processes and the verification of all work prior to release.

Orogen recognises and respects your privacy and is committed to meeting all requirements
of the National Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act.
Orogen will not disclose any personal information that is collected as part of our services to clients without
first obtaining your permission, except in some limited circumstances including; if required by law or legal
process, to third parties providing services requested by you, and for billing purposes.
Under no circumstances will Orogen sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.
All of the customer information we collect is stored on Orogen host server which is located on a password
protected, restricted access area. We store all other information containing personally identifiable material
at our premises and secure this information at all times.
