Land Development NSW Land Development QLD Residential/ Industrial/ Commercial Building Transport Infrastructure Energy Utilities Infrastructure Water and Sewer Supply Infrastructure Mining Extractive Industries On Exhibition	Land Development NSW Tallwoods Master Plan Orogen undertook the environmental assessment for the preparation of the Tallwoods Master Plan which included the concept planning of 450 residential lots set in a valley feature. Significant issues resolved included the inclusion of Asset Protection Zones in environmental protection land, protection of water quality and Koala habitat retention. Orogen negotiated an outcome for provision of and Asset Protection Zone with enhancement of a habitat corridor and no loss of development yield. Manor Road Harrington Master Plan Orogen prepared the environmental assessment for the development of a 66 lot rural residential development adjacent to the Manning River in Harrington. The project included a proposal to construct a riparian support zone for an existing creek on the site so that it would not be subject to environmental degradation in the future. In recognition of this initiative, Orogen negotiated an increase in yield under the provisions of an existing local environmental incentive clause of the LEP. Tinonee Rural Residential Master Plan Orogen is preparing the environmental assessment for the development of a 150 lot rural residential subdivision adjacent to the Manning River, Tinonee. The project includes the protection of environmentally sensitive land known to support a local Koala population. Orogen has prepared a detailed Koala Plan of Management for the site and addressed the issues of bushfire protection and environmental protection in an integrated way to enable the establishment of a sustainable residential community.
